CAIPIRINHA
| 2 tsp. | Sugar (brown) |
| 1 whole | Lime |
| 2 1/2 oz | Cachaca |
Wash the lime, and cut it into pieces. Put lime pieces and sugar into an old-fashioned glass and smash the lime until the juice and sugar develops a rich froth. Add the cachaça and stir. Fill with ice, and stir again.
