The Judges Tasting Notes:
Clear. Sweet creamy vanilla, mild citrus peel, and toasty marshmallow aromas. A soft delicate entry leads to a very supple and silky, dryish medium-bodied palate with powdered sugar, cucumber, and talc flavours. Finishes with a delicately peppery fade and sweet creme anglaise notes. Very tasty with a nice balance of alcohol and sweetness.

Fresh, clean and note of distinction on the nose. Gentle yet firm impact on the palate made with the elegance of refinement. Some slight, attractive cereal notes develop with time in the mouth. Long, well modulated finish.
